The Raptor Rubs Company was originally created in San Diego and is now located in New Zealand to provide its unique taste sensations to Asia Pacific. The Raptor concept stems from a love of good food and a passion for the conservation of Raptors (Birds of Prey).

Each rub flavour features a native New Zealand Raptor- the most iconic being the Haast Eagle, the worlds biggest ever raptor with a wingspan of 3m and a body weight of 15kgs. The now extinct eagle was a predator of the Moa and died out over 500 years ago.

Raptor Rubs New Zealand are proud supporters of the Wingspan Birds of Prey Trust in their efforts to protect & rehabilitate New Zealand's endangered birds of prey. A percentage of profits will go to supporting their efforts.
